Information
Payment and Shipping
Payment, approvals, and freight details are confirmed in the quote or invoice before production starts.
Request details
Send the details you have through the website, email, or phone. Useful details include structure, dimensions, quantity, material or strength needs, print needs, delivery ZIP or region, timing, and any artwork, dieline, photo, or sample you already have.
We may ask follow-up questions before quoting.
Quotes and invoices
If the project is a fit, we send a written quote or invoice. Quotes normally expire after 14 days unless the quote says otherwise.
The quote may include assumptions, exclusions, setup, tooling, prepress, proof, sample, freight, tax, and lead-time notes. If specifications, files, shipping details, material availability, supplier pricing, or freight details change, the quote may change.
Payment before production
Unless the quote says otherwise, first orders require payment before production release.
We may send an invoice or payment link. Card, ACH, wire, or other payment options may be available depending on the invoice.
Production is not released until payment is received or confirmed by our bank or payment processor, and any required proof or final specification approval is complete.
Taxes and exemption documents
Invoices may include applicable sales tax or other required charges.
Tax-exempt buyers or buyers purchasing for resale should send valid resale or exemption documentation before the final invoice is issued. If exemption paperwork is not provided in time, tax may be added where required.
Proofs and final details
Printed jobs usually require proof approval before production. Plain jobs may still require written approval of final dimensions, material or board assumptions, quantity, no-print status, and shipping details.
Email approval is acceptable unless we specify another approval method. Silence does not count as approval.
Digital proofs and screen previews are approximations. They are not exact color, material, or physical samples unless a physical proof or color standard is quoted.
Freight and delivery
Freight may be estimated at quote stage and finalized after shipment details are known. Final freight can depend on ship-from ZIP, destination ZIP, package or pallet count, dimensions, weight, ready date, dock or liftgate needs, appointment needs, commercial or residential delivery, stackability, and blind-shipping requirements.
Production and delivery dates are estimates. Lead times usually start after payment, required files, required information, and required approvals are complete. Supplier, material, carrier, weather, customs, and other delays can affect timing.
Damaged, short, or wrong shipments
Inspect shipments promptly.
For visible shipping damage, obvious shortage, or wrong shipment, contact us within 3 business days after delivery and include photos of the goods, packaging, labels, pallets, and shipping documents.
For manufacturing, print, or specification defects, contact us within 10 calendar days after delivery with photos and order details. Keep the goods and packaging available for inspection until the issue is resolved.
International shipping
International shipping is case by case. Unless a quote says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, importer-of-record obligations, and customs delays.
Custom orders
Custom packaging is made to order. Cancellations, returns, refunds, defects, shortages, and freight claims are handled under the Terms and Conditions and the quote for the order.
