Why businesses buy from us

Prototypes, smaller runs, difficult multi-part packaging, and repeat production are all within reach without being limited to one plant's equipment or minimums.

Nationwide production network

Our manufacturing and warehouse network covers 30 states, with corrugated, folding-carton, rigid-box, PVC packaging, display, print, insert, assembly, and delivery capabilities.

Low minimums and smaller orders

We work with prototypes, short runs, launch quantities, and smaller production orders, with support for repeat production as volume grows.

In-house packaging design

Our remote design team handles structural packaging, dielines, samples, prototypes, graphics, artwork, and print preparation.

Difficult work and unusual requirements

We take on large formats, heavy board, fitted protection, demanding color, multi-part packs, assembly, testing, and specifications that do not fit a typical plant.

Multi-part packaging

Several production specialties under one order

A presentation kit can combine a printed folding carton or rigid box, fitted foam, literature, labels, assembly, and a corrugated shipping case. A heavy industrial pack can combine a stitched multi-piece case with fabricated corrugated, foam, or honeycomb protection. We can supply the components under one order and deliver them assembled or ready for your packing operation.

Hercule Industrial is primarily based in New York. Our design and engineering team works remotely. Our production, warehousing, and delivery network supports customers across the country.

We are a tight-knit team focused on service and packaging quality. A sister business specializing in packaging machinery adds practical knowledge of converting and packing equipment to our work.

How we handle custom packaging

Our mission

Make custom packaging easier to buy and repeat.

We turn a product, drawing, existing package, or rough requirement into a clear specification, then carry that specification through design, production, delivery, and repeat orders.

Our vision

Be the packaging supplier customers keep as their needs change.

We want customers to use Hercule Industrial for routine repeat packaging, new product launches, difficult specifications, and larger programs without rebuilding the supply relationship for each need.
