About Hercule Industrial

Hercule Industrial helps high-mix operations procure custom corrugated packaging without the usual back-and-forth. We handle requirements, quoting, production coordination, and delivery through partner converters.

Our Mission

Make custom corrugated packaging quick to quote, easy to procure, and consistent across sites.

What we do today

  • Translate RFQs into clear requirements that get quoted and made.
  • Coordinate quoting and production through partner converters.
  • Help choose the right structure and dial in materials and configuration for how you pack and ship, whether you bring a dieline or not.
  • Support samples (1-100 units) and scale up through partners when you need volume.
  • Coordinate delivery to one facility or multiple locations.

Buying custom packaging is harder than it should be.

Finding the right structure takes research. Getting quotes takes weeks. Half the converters will not bid on low-volume work. The ones who do often cannot produce what they quoted.

And even after the box is made, you still have to manage freight, receiving, and keeping the next run consistent.

Hercule Industrial exists to fix this.

What we do differently

Standard web-to-pack gives you a box selector: pick a style, enter dimensions, get a quote. That works for commodity shipping boxes. It breaks down when you have real constraints like closure behavior, board performance under load, pack-out requirements, and shipping mode. It also breaks down when packaging has to work on the line: pack speed, tape, handling, and presentation.

We capture the details that affect production and the day-to-day work: packing time, tape, line speed, handling, and shipping mode. That means less back-and-forth before you can place the order.

We work with low MOQs because high-mix operations need flexibility. Samples from 1-100 units to test before committing. When you need volume, we can scale up through partner converters.

We coordinate production and delivery across the US. Multi-site? Handled. Freight? Managed. Repeat runs stay consistent with the same specification.

Where this goes

We are building toward a system where custom packaging becomes a managed resource, not a procurement project.

Instant quoting, even when the job is more bespoke than a standard box. An AI-assisted self-serve flow that helps you choose a structure, configure it, and submit a manufacturable request.

We are building tools that go beyond a template picker: describe what you are shipping and how it is handled, and get a recommended structure and dieline. When a standard template does not fit, generate or adapt dielines to match real constraints.

Longer term, we are building the operations layer across a distributed converter network, so production and delivery can scale when you need it, across the US.

We are not there yet. But every order builds the data, the supplier relationships, and the systems to get there.
