Hercule Industrial helps US businesses source custom packaging. We help with RFQs, samples, production coordination, and repeat supply through our vetted manufacturing and logistics partners.

Our Mission

Make custom packaging procurement fast and easy.

What we do today

  • Turn RFQs into clear requirements for supplier quotation and production.
  • Coordinate production through our vetted partners.
  • Help choose the right structure and dial in materials and configuration for how you pack and ship, whether you bring a dieline or not.
  • Support small runs and scale-ups when you need volume.
  • Coordinate delivery to one facility or multiple locations.

Buying custom packaging is harder than it should be.

Finding a suitable structure and a supplier willing to make the required quantity can take several rounds of questions. A quote is not useful if the material, construction, or production method does not match the job.

After the packaging is made, you still have to manage freight, receiving, and keeping the next run consistent.

What we do differently

Standard web-to-pack asks you to pick a style, enter dimensions, and request a quote. That can work for a common stock-style package. It is less useful when the job depends on how the package closes, how the material performs, how it is packed, or what happens during shipping. The package also has to suit the packing line, handling, and presentation requirements.

We collect the details that affect production and day-to-day packing, including packing time, closure method, line speed, handling, and shipping conditions. That reduces the back-and-forth before an order can be placed.

We can coordinate samples and short runs when the packaging job allows them, then support larger repeat orders when more volume is needed.

We coordinate production and delivery through our vetted partners in the US. Repeat runs can use the same agreed specification.

What we are building toward

We are building tools to help buyers choose a suitable structure, submit the details needed for a quote, and reorder against the same specification.

Straightforward jobs should take less back-and-forth. Packaging that needs custom design or production input will still receive manual review.

We also want repeat orders to be easier to coordinate across suppliers, facilities, and delivery locations.

We are not there yet. Each order helps us improve the specifications, supplier relationships, and systems behind the service.
