Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including name, company, email, phone number, billing or shipping details, project requirements, dimensions, quantities, timing, and messages.

We may collect project files you upload or send, including drawings, dielines, artwork, photos, CAD files, PDFs, spreadsheets, specifications, or old quotes.

We may collect tax, resale, exemption, vendor-onboarding, payment, and billing information when needed.

Our website may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, cookies, analytics identifiers, ad click identifiers, form events, and security logs.

Uploaded files and project materials

If you upload or send project files, we may use them to evaluate your request, request supplier quotes, prepare proofs or specifications, support production, respond to questions, keep business records, and handle disputes or reorders.

Uploaded files may be stored temporarily, sent internally by email, recorded as file metadata, shared with suppliers or service providers when needed, and retained in business records where there is a business, legal, tax, accounting, support, or dispute reason.

Do not upload files unless you have the right to share them with us for quoting, production, or order handling. If you need NDA-level handling, we need a separate signed NDA before you send the material.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand packaging requirements, prepare quotes, communicate about specifications, proofs, pricing, payment, production, shipping, claims, and support, issue invoices, collect payments, and maintain records.

We use information to evaluate tax, resale, exemption, vendor-onboarding, and compliance documentation.

We use information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and internal systems, measure traffic and lead sources, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce terms, protect rights, comply with law, and respond to legal requests.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, tax calculation, accounting, security, backups, development, and operations.

Payment information may be handled directly by payment processors. We generally do not store full card numbers or full bank-account credentials.

Suppliers, shipping providers, and production partners

Hercule Industrial may use outside suppliers, manufacturers, prepress providers, freight carriers, shipping companies, and other partners. We may share project details, files, specifications, proofs, shipping information, and relevant contact information when needed to quote, produce, ship, support, or resolve an order.

We try to limit unnecessary disclosure during early supplier quoting, but full consignee or project details may be needed for production release, shipping, carrier claims, customs, quality review, or support.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, session analytics, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, measure lead sources, improve performance, prevent abuse, and run or measure advertising.

These tools may collect information such as IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referrers, clicks, form events, approximate location, session behavior, UTM parameters, and ad click identifiers.

You can use browser settings or platform controls to limit some cookies or tracking. Some parts of the website may not work properly if cookies or scripts are blocked.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, some analytics or advertising activity may be treated as sharing, targeted advertising, or a sale of personal information. Contact us if you want to ask about privacy choices available for your location.

Legal and business disclosures

We may disclose information when needed to comply with law, subpoenas, court orders, government requests, tax obligations, customs requirements, or legal process.

We may disclose information to enforce our terms, quotes, invoices, or other agreements, protect our rights, investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, payment disputes, chargebacks, or unlawful activity, and work with lawyers, accountants, insurers, banks, auditors, and other professional advisers.

We may disclose information to complete or evaluate a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for quoting, customer communications, production, shipping, support, records, tax and accounting, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, repeat orders, and business operations.

Temporary uploads may be deleted after processing, but related emails, file metadata, project records, supplier communications, backups, and accounting records may be retained longer.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No website, email system, upload process, payment system, or storage system is completely secure.

Do not send information that needs special handling unless we have agreed to that handling in writing.

Privacy requests

You may contact us to ask to access, correct, update, or delete information. We may need to verify your identity.

We may decline or limit a request where retention is required or permitted for tax, accounting, legal, security, order, dispute, backup, or legitimate business reasons.

International users and policy updates

Hercule Industrial is based in the United States. If you access the website or submit information from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and by service providers in other locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
