Why is double-wall corrugated not recommended for this style?

How are these delivered to the packing facility?
They arrive flat with the side seam and bottom already glued. The packer simply pushes the edges inward to square the bin and deploy the floor.
Will the side walls bulge outward?

Can graphics be printed on the inside of the bin?
Yes. Since the top is open, the interior panels are fully visible. Inside printing is common when the bin is used for retail display or branded kitting.
