ICB displays

We source inverted corrugated board and honeycomb display board for retail fixtures, printed panels, event displays, and custom three-dimensional displays. The right board depends on the finished size, supported weight, print and edge finish, expected service life, and how the display needs to ship.

Paperboard displays

Inverted corrugated board places a vertically oriented paper core between two flat faces. Honeycomb display board uses a hexagonal paper core and can cover many of the same interior display jobs.

Board and joint selection is based on the finished size, intended use, supported weight, expected duration, delivery destination, flat-pack requirement, and any fire-treatment or moisture requirement.

Retail displays and fixtures

A freestanding display uses interlocking board panels and shelves to present products while remaining light enough to move and ship flat.

Display walls and event displays

Large printed panels can form a backdrop, product wall, kiosk, or short-run interior display with shelves and return panels built into the piece.

What can be included with an ICB display order

Board selection

We can compare inverted corrugated board and print-grade honeycomb board by panel size, thickness, finish, supported weight, service life, and sourcing route.

Printing and laminated faces

Flat faces can carry large-format graphics directly or receive printed sheets, depending on the board grade, image requirement, and production method.

Cutting, folds, and joints

Panels can be cut for slots, tabs, V-notches, bends, shelves, feet, and connecting pieces. The joint design is checked against the board direction and expected handling.

Flat packing and assembly

The order can include numbered pieces, assembly instructions, protective packing, grouped store kits, or pre-assembly when the size and delivery plan allow it.

Examples

ICB display projects we can supply

A flat-packed retail display

A floor display can use printed side panels, removable shelves, a header, and tabbed or slotted joints. The packed-size limit and store assembly method are set before the board and joint design are approved.

A temporary event wall or counter

Printed panels can form a backdrop, counter, kiosk, or interior display for a launch or event. The expected duration, contact points, supported items, and fire requirements determine whether ICB, honeycomb board, or another construction is appropriate.

Checks before production

These displays are light for their size, but load and stability still depend on the board, panel direction, joints, unsupported spans, footprint, and how people will use the finished piece.

  1. Finished useSize, location, expected duration, graphics, supported items, and likely contact from shoppers or staff establish the working requirements.
  2. Load and stabilityProduct weights, load positions, footprint, panel orientation, and any anchoring or ballast requirement determine the structural check.
  3. Joints and packingSlots, folds, connectors, the packed-size limit, destination assembly, and replacement pieces are recorded before production.
  4. Full-size sampleA plain or printed build checks fit, stability, graphics, edges, assembly time, and shipping condition.
