What we supply
RSCs, full-overlap cases, telescope boxes, self-locking mailers, folders, trays, wraps, sleeves, and die-cut cartons in custom dimensions. We can supply plain or printed work in N, F, and E microflute through common single-wall constructions.
Double-wall and triple-wall cases, stitched boxes, pallet boxes, bulk bins, sleeve packs, ramps, loading openings, and joined multi-piece containers. Our range includes one-piece boxes up to 100 by 212 inches and blanks up to 102 by 440 inches.
Counter displays, floor displays, shelf-ready cases, subscription packs, produce boxes, and high-graphic corrugated. Available routes include one through seven flexographic colors, digital sheets up to 63.5 by 118 inches, inside print, preprint, and lithographic lamination up to 60 by 120 inches.
Die-cut corrugated fittings, cells, pads, partitions, foam, honeycomb, edge protection, blocking, and bracing can be supplied with the outer case. We also handle specialty gluing, stitching, insert placement, display assembly, and grouped components.
Specific requirements
Size, strength, printing, quantity, and packing requirements can all change the package. These examples show how those requirements come together in an order.
Example: heavy machined parts
We can supply factory-glued full-overlap cases for 20 to 50 pound cast-metal or machined parts where puncture, tearing, and corner damage make ordinary shipping boxes unsuitable. A 71 ECT BC double-wall route is also available when the order quantity and delivered cost call for a different option.
Example: cold-storage produce
We can supply vented two-piece produce packaging with stronger C-flute board, moisture-resistant adhesive, white print surfaces, and fluorescent spot ink. The color can be sampled on the actual production liner before a 10,000-piece or larger order, rather than approved from a Pantone book alone.
Example: large equipment
Blanks up to 102 by 440 inches, 150-inch specialty gluing, stitching, and equipment that joins up to four pieces in one pass allow us to supply large cases with reinforced joints, fitted protection, and loading access.
