Production, warehousing, and delivery across the country

Manufacturing and warehouse coverage in 29 states lets us supply more than one plant could reasonably offer: prototypes and smaller orders, oversized and heavy-duty corrugated, high-color printed packaging, rigid boxes, fitted interiors, assembly, held inventory, and regional delivery. It also gives repeat programs additional production capacity when demand or schedules change.

What the network gives our customers

A broader American production base gives customers more routes for samples, lower minimums, short runs, specialist capability, additional capacity, and delivery closer to where the packaging is used.

Low minimums through high volume

We supply prototypes, short runs, smaller production orders, repeat orders, and truckload programs without applying one facility’s minimum to every project.

Large and heavy corrugated

Available capability includes 500-pound-test BC double-wall, one-piece boxes up to 100 by 212 inches, blanks up to 102 by 440 inches, multi-piece joining, stitching, and specialty gluing.

Print and finishing range

The network covers one- through seven-color flexographic print, direct digital and litho-laminated corrugated, offset folding cartons, printed rigid-box wraps, coatings, foil, embossing, windows, and specialty papers.

Warehousing and JIT delivery

Repeat packaging can be made, held, and released on schedule to one location or several sites. Regional production and inventory can also reduce freight and transit time.

Example: two specialists and three delivery points

Use each plant for the work it is equipped to run.

An industrial control unit may need a double-wall corrugated case, fabricated foam end caps, reinforced lifting areas, labels, and pallet preparation. A regional corrugated plant can make the cases near the customer's assembly sites while a foam specialist supplies the fitted protection. We can supply the parts under one order and deliver matched sets to three packing locations.

The corrugated plant is selected for board strength, size, and case converting. The foam partner is selected for the fitted interior. The customer receives one approved package specification, consistent labels and counts, and a release schedule for each destination.
