How we handle custom packaging

Send us the product, current package, photos, rough dimensions, drawing, or a short description. We design and manufacture the packaging, supply the samples or proofs included in the order, and deliver the finished packaging.

Design and samples

Packaging designed for the product

For an industrial control unit, that may mean a double-wall corrugated case with die-cut end caps, clearance around switches and connectors, reinforced lifting areas, and foam only where the product needs it. For a retail kit, it may mean a printed carton, fitted tray, promotional pieces, and a shipping case developed as one order.

We can prepare structural drawings, dielines, plain samples, printed comps, finish samples, and full-size prototypes as required by the work.

Manufacturing range

Our production range

Our network covers microflute through triple-wall corrugated, one-piece boxes up to 100 by 212 inches, corrugated blanks up to 102 by 440 inches, flexographic print from one through seven colors, high-color digital and litho-laminated work, folding cartons, rigid boxes, fitted interiors, testing, and assembly.

We can supply the outer box, product carton or rigid box, fitted corrugated or foam interior, labels, printed pieces, assembly, and shipping case under one order.

Repeat supply

Production, inventory, and delivery

We support prototypes, short runs, launch quantities, smaller production orders, and high-volume programs. Assembly, labeling, kitting, pallet preparation, and other packing work can be included when the order calls for it.

For ongoing programs, we can hold finished packaging in a warehouse and release it on a set schedule, JIT, or to several locations. The approved drawings, print files, samples, and inspection requirements stay with the program for repeat production.

Multi-part packaging

One presentation kit, three production specialties

A product launch kit may need a printed rigid box, a fitted foam interior, and a corrugated shipping case. We can supply the rigid box, foam, labels, literature, assembly, and shipping case under one order, then deliver the finished kits to one location or several launch sites.
