Folding carton structures
The range is not limited to a standard tuck carton. We can supply cartons for hand packing or automatic cartoning, product-fitted structures, trays and multipacks, special closures, windows, handles, and paperboard interiors.
Trays, carriers, and multipacks
Fold-up trays, covers, carriers, dividers, bottle and tube packs, grouped product cartons, and paperboard formats that erect by hand or on a packing line.
Windows, handles, and fitted interiors
Film windows, cutouts, hang panels, carrying handles, reclosures, tear features, paperboard inserts, platforms, dividers, and product supports.
Print and finishing
Printing and finishing
Our selected plants cover plate-free digital production and conventional sheet-fed production. That lets us supply buyer samples, a launch with several artwork versions, a repeat retail carton, or a highly decorated package without making the customer coordinate another printer and converter.
Short and versioned production: digital quantities can begin around 50 cartons and extend into substantial production runs. Available equipment includes B1 digital sheets up to 28 by 40 inches, plate-free cutting and creasing, multiple artwork versions, and printed comps that closely represent the intended carton.
Paperboard: common digital routes cover approximately 8 to 30 point carton stock. The wider network also supplies white, kraft, recycled, coated recycled, solid bleached sulfate, specialty papers, and product-specific grades.
Print and finishing: process and spot-color printing up to seven colors, inside print, aqueous and UV coatings, soft-touch and film lamination, foil, embossing, debossing, raised effects, and specialty papers are available.
Carton production: die cutting, creasing, straight-line and multi-point folding and gluing, window patching, paperboard inserts, and handwork are matched to the actual carton and packing method.

A short launch with several carton versions
A new product line may need the same tuck-carton structure in twelve artwork versions, with only a few hundred of each. We can supply the dieline, printed comps, versioned production, folding and gluing, and the later repeat orders without the customer rebuilding the project with another supplier.
Retail samples before the full production order
A sales team can order a small set of cartons that match the intended paperboard, print, foil, coating, window, and insert closely enough for buyer meetings. The approved structure and artwork can then be carried into the production order.
A carton, insert, and shipping case supplied together
For a delicate instrument or small parts kit, we can supply the printed carton, a fitted paperboard or foam interior, labels and literature, and the corrugated case used to ship multiple units to the customer or retailer.
Carton quantities and repeat orders
Our range covers a single printed comp, launch quantities around 50 pieces, digital production into the thousands and, for suitable cartons, the hundreds of thousands. The approved dieline, artwork, board, finish, and carton specification stay with the order as quantities change.
One sample or a small launch
Plain structural samples, printed comps, finish samples, digital cutting, and short-run carton production can be supplied before a larger order. This is useful for retailer meetings, photography, market tests, regional launches, and cartons with several versions.
Production quantities
Suitable digitally produced cartons can extend into the hundreds of thousands. Conventional printing, production tooling, windowing, folding and gluing cover larger repeat programs and cartons built for automatic packing lines.
Assembly and scheduled supply
For a retail launch or product kit, we can combine glued cartons, fitted inserts, labels, literature, and corrugated shipping cases. Repeat cartons can also be made and held for scheduled releases when the order requires warehousing or JIT supply.
