Is this box more expensive to produce than a regular mailer?

Can this box be erected by machine?

How does the base tray lock together?
The long walls have corner flaps with extended hook-like tongues. When the short walls fold up and roll over these flaps, the tongues engage into slots at the bottom of the short walls, locking the tray rigidly in place without adhesive.
Can I print on the inside of the box?
Yes, but keep in mind that because the short walls roll over into the interior, the inside of those short walls will naturally display the outside print surface. For full interior branding across the base panel and long walls, two-sided printing is needed.
