Can this ship individually?
As a two-piece telescopic box, the lid can detach during individual shipping. If shipped individually, it usually needs external strapping, heavy tape, or a secure outer mailer.
How tight is the lid?
The lid clearance is adjustable. It can be specified for a tight friction fit that grips the base, or a looser fit that allows the lid to slide off easily.

Can we print on the inside of the box?
Because the outer walls roll over to become the inner walls, the exterior print will naturally cover the inside rim. Full interior printing across the base panel requires two-sided printing.

Testing a physical sample helps verify the lid clearance, check the corner folding behavior with your chosen board grade, and confirm the assembly time.
