Every interlocking slot on the display must be cut to exactly match the physical thickness of the chosen board. If the material changes, the digital cutting files must be updated to ensure a tight, stable fit.
Two-sided print requirements
While the front of the wall and top of the shelf are the primary visual areas, the rear legs and the back of the wall may be visible depending on store placement. Decide early if the board needs double-sided printing.

How does the shelf stay attached to the back wall?
The shelf pushes through a horizontal slot in the main wall. A separate wedge piece then drops into a tab on the back of the shelf, locking it tightly against the rear of the wall to prevent it from pulling forward.
Do the rear legs splay or shift over time?
A dedicated cross-brace piece slides into the back of both legs, locking them at a fixed distance and keeping the entire structure stable.
Can this be made from standard corrugated board?
It is not recommended. The friction locks require a rigid, non-crushing edge to remain stable. Thick honeycomb board, ICB, or PVC foam board are much better fits for this design.
Does this display require custom cutting dies?
For short to medium runs, rigid board displays are typically cut on digital flatbed CNC routers, which require no physical tooling. High-volume runs may use heavy-duty die-cutting, but thick boards often resist clean die-cutting.
How much weight can the shelf hold?
The weight capacity depends entirely on the chosen board material and its thickness. Because the shelf is cantilevered, it should be physically prototyped and load-tested with the actual product before a full rollout.
How is the display shipped to stores?
All six components pack completely flat. The maximum size of the shipping carton will be dictated by the dimensions of the main back wall panel.
Can the header be cut into a custom shape?

Is this display suitable for outdoor use?
