The top load capacity depends heavily on the specific 16mm board used. While the internal cross-struts provide significant vertical support, the exact weight limit should be validated with a physical prototype before placing heavy equipment on it.
Does this require tools or hardware to assemble?
The entire counter uses a tool-free tab-and-slot design. The internal frame locks together, and the top panel secures the curved walls without any screws, tape, or glue.
How are the curved sides created from rigid board?
The front panel features a series of precise V-cuts routed into the back of the board. This allows the thick material to fold in faceted segments around the rounded ends of the internal shelves.
Can this be shipped via standard parcel networks?
The raw components cannot be shipped loose. Because the panels are large and the corners are vulnerable, the knocked-down counter must be packed in a custom corrugated outer shipper with adequate edge protection.
Can the internal shelves hold heavy literature or products?
The shelves are supported by the vertical struts, but their capacity is limited by the shear strength of the board at the slot joints. Heavy loads should be tested before a full rollout.
Is this suitable for outdoor events?
Rigid paper-based boards like honeycomb or ICB are highly susceptible to moisture. This counter is designed strictly for indoor use or fully protected tent environments.
What happens to the exposed edges of the board?
By default, the honeycomb or corrugated core is visible on the top and shelf edges. If a solid look is required, edge banding must be applied during production.
Can the front graphic wrap be replaced for different events?
The main body is a single continuous piece of rigid board. To change the branding, a completely new base wrap must be produced, though the internal frame and top panel could theoretically be reused if handled carefully.
