When to Consider Alternative Display Structures
Standard Corrugated Displays
If the budget or production route does not support CNC V-cut routing on premium thick board, a standard creased corrugated display may be necessary. However, standard corrugated will lack the sharp corners, extreme rigidity, and premium finish of this arch.
Permanent Wood or Metal Fixtures
If the arch needs to stay in place for years or support heavy overhead lighting, permanent fixtures may be a safer choice than rigid board.

Board Thickness and V-Cut Calibration
