The internal backer panel folds 180 degrees upward but does not have a native locking tab. Depending on the board thickness, you may want to apply a strip of double-sided tape to keep the backer pressed tightly against the front window.
Two-Sided Printing Requirements
Graphics are typically printed on the outside of the front frame. Because the rear leg folds backward, the unprinted side of the board will face outward on the back of the display unless two-sided printing is specified.

Can the corner slits hold thick materials like acrylic or foam board?
The standard arc cuts are designed for paper, cardstock, or standard photographs. Thick inserts will bind in the slits and may tear the paperboard.
Can this be made from corrugated board?
The 180-degree fold required for the double-wall front creates too much tension and bulk for corrugated flutes. It requires a stiff, solid paperboard.
Can a clear plastic window be added?
A clear film patch can be applied over the window aperture during manufacturing if you want to protect the insert from dust or fingerprints.
Is this frame suitable for short promotional runs?
Because it requires no gluing or complex folding at the factory, it is highly suitable for short digital runs and quick turnarounds.
How does the insert stay in place?
The bottom panel features four arc-shaped slits that grip the corners of your card or photo. This panel then folds up behind the main window to lock the insert in.
Can the viewing angle be adjusted after manufacturing?
