The Reusable Tongue Lock box is a corrugated glued tube that closes securely using a mechanical tab. Both the top and bottom feature full-overlap flaps secured by a mechanical tongue-and-slit lock, allowing the box to be opened and closed repeatedly without damaging the material.

Delivered flat, it is squared up at the packing bench. While the manual locking process takes slightly longer than sealing a standard box, it eliminates consumable costs and is a strong fit for internal kitting, storage, or reusable packaging programs.
