Can I ship this carrier through the mail?

This carrier is not designed for standalone parcel shipping. The carrying handle and gabled top are not designed to support vertical stacking and can catch on courier sorting equipment. It is usually packed inside a standard outer shipping box for parcel delivery.

How is this box delivered?

It is delivered flat (knocked down). The side seam and the crash-lock bottom are pre-glued at the factory.

Do I need tape or glue to assemble it?

Tape is not needed. The bottom auto-erects and locks into place when you square the box. The top is secured by folding the side gussets inward and inserting the tuck-tongue through the handle slot.

What board thickness works well?

E-flute is typically a strong fit. It provides enough strength for heavy bottles while allowing the complex folds of the crash-lock and the tuck-tongue to operate smoothly. Thicker boards can cause these locking points to bind.

Can the window have a clear plastic cover?
