The EVC22021 is a freestanding corrugated collection bin built for event ballots, retail suggestions, and raffle entries. Elevated on four integrated legs, it features a curved, mailbox-style hood with a drop slot, making it very visible and approachable on a table or floor.

While the curved top and legs create a strong presentation, they are not designed for stacking or use as a shipping carton. The box is delivered flat, is assembled manually on-site, and relies on a double-wall base to provide standing stability once built.

Can I ship this box fully assembled?

The curved top makes stacking difficult, and the display legs are vulnerable to crushing in transit. It should be shipped flat to the final location and assembled on-site, or placed inside a sturdy master carton if it is shipped whole.

Can we make this out of heavy-duty double-wall corrugated?

It is usually discouraged. The segmented roll-top and the small locking tabs need a thin, flexible board like E-flute to bend and seat correctly. Heavy-duty board will resist the curves and the tabs may bind.

Can the drop slot be resized?

The slot length and width can be adjusted during the CAD stage to accommodate specific ballot sizes, envelopes, or entry forms.

How does the box open to retrieve the contents?

The entire curved hood hinges forward and secures to the front wall with a tuck tongue. You simply untuck the tongue and lift the hood back to empty the bin.
