This folding carton combines a fast-erecting crash-lock base with a highly secure tongue-lock top. Designed for retail environments, it allows packing teams to pop the base open instantly while providing a mechanical top closure that resists bowing and accidental opening.

Unlike standard tuck-top boxes, the main lid spans the entire top opening to create a clean, uninterrupted surface for branding. A secondary flap then folds over the edge, inserting two locking tongues into the underlying dust flaps for a crisp, reliable finish.

Board, Print, and Production Choices
