Can we use a heavy gloss lamination on this box?

Can this carton be shipped directly in the mail?
Because the side walls are held together by friction tabs, they can disengage under heavy transit pressure or crushing weight. For e-commerce or parcel delivery, this presentation box should be placed inside a dedicated outer shipping mailer.
How much weight can the concave bottom support?
This design is intended for lightweight items. Heavy products will cause the concave base to sag, which can pull the side locks out of alignment and cause the box to open.
Can we add a plastic window to the front panel?
Adding a window is structurally risky. Because the main panels bow slightly under the tension of the curved creases, window film is likely to wrinkle or distort.
Does this carton require glue?
The entire structure is held together by mechanical friction locks, specifically semi-circular tabs that insert into slots on the side panels. It does not require glue.
How is this box delivered to the packing facility?
It is delivered completely flat. The packer must pre-break the curved creases and engage the side tabs to form the 3D shape during fulfillment.
