This one-piece folding carton forms a complete tray and attached lid without any factory gluing. Instead of cut seams, the corners feature webbed gussets that fold inward and interlock, creating a continuous base that helps keep crumbs, powders, or small parts contained.

Because it uses no glue, it is an excellent candidate for short-run digital printing or rapid prototyping. However, the complex diagonal folds rely on manual assembly at the packing station, making it a better fit for retail kitting, bakery, or boutique apparel than high-volume automated packing lines.
