The EVF41185 is a one-piece, manual-erect folding carton featuring a continuous, uncut base and an integrated lid. Instead of glued seams, the corners use diagonal webbed folds (gussets) that collapse inward, creating a leak-resistant bottom well-suited for food service, bakery, and deli applications.

Because the walls flare outward, the tray offers a distinctive presentation. It requires no adhesive to assemble, relying on inward-folding top flanges to lock the corners in place before the main lid is tucked closed.
