Because the lid and front wall overlap completely, the interior surfaces are highly visible during unboxing. This makes it an excellent candidate for two-sided printing, while the central tuck-and-slit lock provides a clean, repeatable closure without the need for adhesive.

It is highly recommended. When the recipient lifts the lid, the inside of the lid and the inside of the front wall are fully exposed. Leaving these blank can interrupt a premium presentation.

Can I mail this box as is?

The slit-lock closure is designed for presentation and handoff, not for the rough handling of parcel networks. It should be placed inside a rigid mailer or shipping envelope for transit.

Does this box require glue or tape?

The box is entirely self-locking. The front wall is held in place by friction-fit side tucks, and the lid secures with a central tongue that slides into a slit.

Can I use corrugated board for this folder?

Corrugated board is generally a poor fit. It is usually too thick for the tight double-scored gussets and the slit lock, which can cause the panels to bind or bow. Folding boxboard is the standard choice.

How much weight can this folder hold?

It is designed for paper, documents, and flat media. Heavy items will put stress on the un-glued bottom gusset and may cause the box to lose its shape when lifted.

How is the box delivered?

Can I add a clear window to the front?

Adding a window is possible but requires a custom redesign and patching. Because the front wall folds up from the bottom, a large window may reduce the overall stiffness of the pocket.

What prevents the documents from sliding out the sides?

The folder features partial-width side walls that fold inward before the front wall is brought up. These side flaps establish the depth and keep flat contents contained laterally.
