Self-Locking Requirements
The top flap of this envelope simply folds over; it does not have a mechanical tuck or lock. If you need a package that stays closed without tape or adhesive, consider a locking sleeve or a tuck-end carton.

Sealing Method
For mailing, the top flap must be secured. You can apply tape or a label during fulfillment, or you can specify a peel-and-seal adhesive strip to be applied during manufacturing for faster packing.
Board Thickness
This envelope is typically made from folding carton board. Using very thick or heavy board can make the 180-degree folds difficult and cause the envelope to spring open.
