The EVC21040 is a one-piece corrugated gravity dispenser designed for retail counters, store shelves, and parts-kitting stations. It features a rear tuck door for easy bulk loading and an articulated front floor that drops into an angled chute, presenting loose items cleanly to the user.

Because the front profile is cut away to allow product access, this dispenser cannot be shipped as a standalone parcel. It is delivered flat, manually assembled, and typically packed inside a master corrugated shipper for transit to the retail floor.

For extremely lightweight items like small mints or cosmetics, a folding carton dispenser may offer a more refined print surface and tighter clearances than corrugated board.

Board, Route, and Packing Decisions

Flute Profile and Hinge Behavior

E-flute is a common starting point for this design. It provides a good balance of rigidity for the side walls and flexibility for the chute hinge. Heavier grades like double-wall board can make the hinge too stiff to drop cleanly to its intended angle.

Master Carton Sizing

No. The front cut-away leaves the product exposed. It must be packed inside a fully enclosed master carton for transit.

How is the dispenser loaded?

It features a tuck-flap door at the rear. This allows fulfillment teams or retail staff to load bulk items from the back without interfering with the front display chute.

Can we use a heavy double-wall board for extra strength?

Heavy board makes the front floor hinge too stiff, preventing the chute from dropping to the correct angle. E-flute or B-flute is usually a better fit.

Does this box require glue to assemble?

No. The body wraps around the base and secures with a mechanical locking tab, while the chute folds and friction-fits into place. It is designed for manual assembly.

Can the angle of the gravity chute be changed?

The resting angle is baked into the geometry of the side retaining walls. Changing the angle requires a structural redesign of those side panels to ensure they still lock correctly against the main body.

How is this package manufactured?
