The EVC41140 is a presentation-ready corrugated mailer featuring a hinged lid and a secure front locking tab. Designed to ship flat and assemble at the packing bench, it uses triangular corner tabs that lock into vertical wall slots, creating a rigid tray without the need for glued joints.

Because the side walls fold inward to form double-thickness corners, this mailer offers excellent crush resistance for e-commerce and subscription fulfillment. The front tuck tongue snaps into a horizontal slot, keeping the lid firmly closed during handling.
