This is a multi-piece kit. The body is glued along the side seam by the manufacturer, but the final assembly is a manual process. This includes popping the body open, locking the bottom, folding the divider, inserting the products, and attaching the leg. It is not suitable for automated packaging lines.

Retail store arrival

The tuck-top lid and dust flaps keep the products secure while moving from the stockroom to the counter. Once on display, the lid can be folded back or removed entirely.

Direct parcel shipping

This display is designed for retail presentation, not as a standalone shipping box. If you are shipping directly to consumers through a courier network, you will need an outer master carton to protect the display and its contents.

High-speed automated packing

Because the snap-lock base, internal divider, and rear leg all require hand folding and insertion, this design does not support automated loading. If your volume requires mechanization, consider a simpler one-piece tray.

Board thickness, print surface, and kitting

Board thickness and flute profile

E-flute or F-flute corrugated board is usually the better choice. It provides enough rigidity for the easel leg while allowing the complex folds of the divider to bend crisply without binding. Thicker boards like B-flute may cause the divider slots and leg tabs to jam unless clearances are carefully adjusted.

Print surface and placement

High-quality retail graphics are typically applied to the outside of the body, the high back header, and the visible portions of the divider. Discuss whether the inside of the back panel needs printing, as it becomes visible when products are removed.

Kitting and delivery

Decide whether the manufacturer should kit the body, divider, and leg together into single bundles, or ship them on separate pallets for your co-packer to manage.
