Can this display be shipped fully assembled?

Fully assembled floor displays take up considerable volume and are easily damaged in transit. It is usually shipped knocked-down flat, or the tray is pre-loaded by a co-packer and shipped alongside the flat pedestal in a master shipper.

How much weight can the slanted tray hold?

The weight capacity depends entirely on the board grade used for the pedestal and the depth of the tray. The interlocking grid adds rigidity, but heavy items can cause the locking tabs of the tray to tear or the pedestal walls to buckle. Physical testing is required for your specific payload.

Which parts of the display are usually printed?

The outside of the pedestal, the header, and the inside of the tray and dividers are the primary visual surfaces. Because these are separate components, you can choose different print finishes or leave unseen parts unprinted to manage costs.

Can I change the size of the individual cubbies?

Yes. The cell width, height, and depth can be adjusted to match your product. The template will adjust the intersecting slots on the dividers to maintain the grid layout.
