Can this be made from standard corrugated board?

It is not recommended. The friction locks require a rigid, non-crushing edge to remain stable. Thick honeycomb board, ICB, or PVC foam board are much better fits for this design.

Does this display require custom cutting dies?

For short to medium runs, rigid board displays are typically cut on digital flatbed CNC routers, which require no physical tooling. High-volume runs may use heavy-duty die-cutting, but thick boards often resist clean die-cutting.

How much weight can the shelf hold?

The weight capacity depends entirely on the chosen board material and its thickness. Because the shelf is cantilevered, it should be physically prototyped and load-tested with the actual product before a full rollout.

How is the display shipped to stores?

All six components pack completely flat. The maximum size of the shipping carton will be dictated by the dimensions of the main back wall panel.

Can the header be cut into a custom shape?

Yes, the top of the back wall can be routed into custom contours to match logos or artwork, as long as the overall height does not create a tipping risk.

Is this display suitable for outdoor use?

Standard rigid boards like honeycomb or ICB are meant for indoor retail environments. If outdoor use is required, a weather-resistant material like PVC foam board must be specified.
