Can this be made from standard corrugated board?

It is not recommended. The friction locks require a rigid, non-crushing edge to remain stable. Thick honeycomb board, ICB, or PVC foam board are much better fits for this design.

For short to medium runs, rigid board displays are typically cut on digital flatbed CNC routers, which require no physical tooling. High-volume runs may use heavy-duty die-cutting, but thick boards often resist clean die-cutting.

How is the display shipped to stores?

All six components pack completely flat. The maximum size of the shipping carton will be dictated by the dimensions of the main back wall panel.
