The ICB40004 is a large-format, floor-standing arch display built from thick rigid board. Designed for event entrances, trade shows, and retail environments, it provides a massive, continuous surface for high-impact graphics while remaining lightweight enough to position on-site.

Instead of shipping as a bulky pre-built structure, the arch is delivered as a flat-pack kit. The vertical columns and top header fold into thick, hollow pillars using precise V-cuts. These pillars are then joined together using an interlocking tab-and-slot system, which is secured by dedicated locking panels and corner gussets.

Standard Corrugated Displays

If the budget or production route does not support CNC V-cut routing on premium thick board, a standard creased corrugated display may be necessary. However, standard corrugated will lack the sharp corners, extreme rigidity, and premium finish of this arch.

Permanent Wood or Metal Fixtures

If the arch needs to stay in place for years or support heavy overhead lighting, permanent fixtures may be a safer choice than rigid board.
