No. Due to the 2-meter height, 3-meter span, and the weight of the 16mm board, erecting the final frame and seating the locking panels safely requires a small team and step stools.

Can this be shipped via standard parcel networks?

No. The unassembled flat blanks are large, often exceeding 2.5 meters in length. The knocked-down kit must be shipped flat on oversized pallets via LTL freight.

Can I hang lighting or heavy signs from the top beams?

The top beams are designed to support their own weight over the span. Hanging heavy point loads like lighting rigs or monitors requires engineered reinforcement and physical testing to prevent the board from tearing or sagging.

Will standard corrugated board work for this structure?

Standard shipping-box corrugated will likely buckle or sag at this scale. The design requires rigid 16mm structural board, such as paper honeycomb or heavy triple-wall corrugated.

Should we order a full-scale sample?

Yes. A full-scale physical prototype is highly recommended to verify joint stability, check for span sag, and ensure the locking tabs fit the exact board thickness before committing to a full event rollout.

Can the inside of the archway be printed?

Yes. Because the structure is folded from flat blanks, both the inward-facing and outward-facing panels can be printed before the board is routed and assembled.

What happens if we change the board material later?
