The number of longitudinal and transverse strips can be adjusted to create 2x2, 3x4, 4x6, or custom grid layouts based on the product count.
Slot width matching for board thickness
The width of the interlocking slots must exactly match the thickness of the chosen board. If the material changes, the slot width must be recalculated to allow the grid to hold together without tearing.
Perimeter offset and edge clearance
The distance from the last slot to the edge of the strip can be adjusted, allowing the outer perimeter cells to be sized differently than the internal cells if needed.
