This package requires human hands to fold the platform 180 degrees and push down the individual compartment flaps. If your fulfillment relies on high-speed automated cartoning, a different structure is necessary.

The default template features rectangular trays and a triangular cutout, but these openings are entirely adjustable. They can be modified to fit circular bottles, contoured electronics, or asymmetrical cosmetic jars.
Platform height and base clearance
The depth of the false bottom can be adjusted to raise or lower the products relative to the lid. The flaps that fold down to create the recessed trays also act as structural pillars, resting against the bottom of the box.
Locking tongue shape
The width and taper of the locking tongue (the plug that inserts into the base slit) can be adjusted to increase or decrease the opening friction, depending on how often the box will be opened and closed.

Because the platform is an extension of the front wall folded inward, the top surface of the false bottom is formed from the same side of the board as the exterior. This allows a single-sided print run to decorate both the outside of the box and the visible interior presentation area.
