Because the display is open at the front, the inside of the back wall and the top surfaces of the shelves are visible to the consumer. When planning artwork, ensure the print layout accounts for these visible interior surfaces.

Master Carton Sizing for Flat Components

This display cannot be shipped through parcel networks on its own. You must plan for a separate corrugated master carton to protect the flat-packed components during transit, accounting for the stacked thickness of all pieces.

Because this is a multi-piece kit (two side walls, a header, and multiple shelves), retail staff will need time to fold the components and align the tabs and slots. It is not an instant-setup display.

Outer Shipper Sizing

When sizing the outer master carton, account for the stacked thickness of all the flat components, including the side walls, header, and every individual shelf.

Does this display require glue or tape to assemble?

No. The display is entirely mechanically locked. The left and right side walls are held together by the shelves and the top header, which slot into place using friction locks.

How much weight can the shelves support?

Shelf capacity depends entirely on the chosen corrugated board grade and the width of the display. Heavier products will require a thicker flute profile and potentially a taller front lip on the shelves to resist sagging. We suggest physical testing with your actual products.

Can this display be shipped fully assembled?

It is best practice to ship this display flat-packed inside a master carton. Shipping it fully assembled increases freight costs and exposes the friction locks to transit vibrations, which could cause the components to separate.

Which parts of the display can be printed?

The exterior side walls, the front header, the front shelf lips, the top surfaces of the shelves, and the interior back wall are all visible. Artwork must be oriented correctly on the flat blanks so that the printed side faces outward or upward once assembled.

Why does this display use a split back wall?

Splitting the main body into two L-shaped halves allows the components to be nested much more tightly on a standard sheet of corrugated board. This reduces material waste and allows the display to be manufactured on standard-sized flatbed die-cutters.

Can the distance between the shelves be changed?

Yes. The vertical spacing between shelves can be adjusted during the structural design phase to fit the specific height of your products.

How are the shelves secured to the side walls?

The shelves feature side flaps with locking hooks that snap into horizontal slots on the side walls. Rear tabs also insert into the back corners, locking the left and right body halves together.

Do I need a separate box to ship this display?

Yes. Because the display is exposed and relies on friction locks, the flat components must be packed inside a corrugated master carton for transit to the retail store.
