Slanted Multi-Cell Floor Display

It is built manually from seven flat pieces. The base folds into a pedestal, the shelves and dividers interlock to form a grid, and the side walls, rear wall, and banner lock the upper unit together before it is seated into the base.

While a co-packer may assemble and load it, the finished display is too large and fragile for regular parcel courier networks. It should be shipped on a pallet or inside a rigid master shipper if moved fully built.

Weight capacity depends entirely on the chosen board grade and the width of the shelf spans. The interlocking dividers help transfer weight downward, but heavy items should be physically tested to confirm the shelves do not sag and the slanted base remains stable.

You have the option to choose high-quality graphics on the most visible pieces, like the banner, side walls, and base, while leaving internal dividers or the rear wall plain or simply printed.

Because the corrugated base sits directly on the floor, it is exposed to moisture from mopping and impact from foot traffic. Specifying a treated board or adding a plastic mop tray helps protect the base over longer promotional periods.

The top banner is a separate piece that locks into the rear and side walls. Its height and shape are adjustable to accommodate specific brand graphics or promotional messaging without altering the main shelf grid.

The width, depth, and height of the individual compartments are adjustable during the planning phase, which will alter the overall size of the interlocking grid to fit specific retail goods.

The upper shelving unit uses native tabs and slots to lock together without adhesive. The folded pedestal base may need tape or adhesive depending on the exact fold logic and expected floor movement.
