Inside flap visibility

The top flaps of the main body fold inward and downward to create the angled side walls. This means the inside surface of that corrugated board becomes visible to the shopper and may require printing.

Step load and reinforcement

The horizontal step panels transfer product weight to the vertical risers and the side walls of the body. Very heavy items may require a heavier board grade or a hidden support insert under the steps.

Adjusting Steps, Height, and Headers

Step count and depth

The accordion insert can be modified to feature fewer, deeper steps for large items, or more, shallower steps for small cosmetics or packaged goods.

Header shape

While the template starts with a plain rectangular header, the flat board can be die-cut into custom contours to match brand logos or campaign artwork.

Pedestal height

Packing details
