A standard straight-line glued carton with a crash-lock bottom may be a better choice for thick materials.

This design requires a folder-gluer capable of folding the blank in half and sealing both sides simultaneously. For short runs or simple products, a standard single-seam tuck carton offers a simpler production route.

Managing Board Caliper
