Corrugated e-commerce mailers
We supply corrugated mailers and shipping cartons for direct-to-customer orders, subscriptions, returns, product launches, and repeat fulfillment programs. The mailer can include inside print, peel-and-seal closures, a return strip, and fitted protection.
Corrugated mailers ready for parcel delivery
We can supply the mailer, corrugated insert, printed interior, and related shipping cartons under the same order.
Packing and return features
Peel-and-seal adhesive, tear strips, dual-seal returns, locking tabs, finger openings, dividers, pads, and die-cut corrugated or foam inserts can be built into the pack.
Print inside and out
Plain one-color shipping marks, flexographic brand print, high-color digital work, printed interiors, versioned artwork, and lithographic labels are available.

A launch does not need four unrelated box orders when the products share a brand and fulfillment program.
One family of related mailers
We can develop several sizes around the actual products, keep the opening and brand treatment consistent, and use digital production when the first quantities or artwork versions are too small for a conventional run.
Protection matched to each product
One SKU may use a simple corrugated pad while another needs a die-cut cradle or foam. Each interior is supplied with its outer mailer rather than left for the fulfillment team to source separately.
Launch and replenishment
Printed samples can be approved before the launch. Repeat packaging can then be held and released to the fulfillment location on an agreed schedule, including JIT supply where suitable.
