Interior components we supply

Slotted corrugated or paperboard cells, assembled grids, dividers, and separators for several products in one box.

Layer pads, liners, channels, rails, corner protection, end caps, and reinforcement around the product or pallet load.

Corrugated and paperboard platforms, cradles, retention tabs, finger access, compartments, and presentation features.

Cut foam, fabricated foam, molded pulp, formed plastic, and mixed-material interiors sourced to the project requirement.

Product dimensions, weight, orientation, surface, fragility, loading direction, and packing sequence set the interior layout.

Components can ship flat, nested, assembled, or installed in the outer package as part of the order.

One or a few CAD-cut samples can check cell size, clearances, product removal, assembly, and fit inside the outer box.

Interiors can be produced with the box or carton quantity, including repeat orders, assembly, inventory, and scheduled releases.
