The folding carton, rigid box, microflute pack, sleeve, tray, or insert that holds and presents the individual product.
Retail packaging
We supply printed folding cartons, sleeves, trays, carriers, multipacks, windows, and fitted inserts for products sold in stores or shipped directly to customers. Related rigid presentation boxes and corrugated retail packs can be included when the program needs them.

We can supply the folding carton, its fitted insert, the display or shelf-ready tray, and the corrugated shipping case without making your team coordinate separate box orders.

Microflute product packaging, shelf-ready cases, counter and floor displays, and corrugated shipping cases can use flexographic print up to seven colors, high-color digital sheets to 63.5 by 118 inches, or lithographic lamination to 60 by 120 inches.

Depending on what must be checked, the approval can use a plain structural sample, a printed comp, a finish sample, or a near-production carton.
A plain sample can confirm product fit, opening, closure, assembly, and packing before printed production.
A printed proof or comp can confirm artwork, copy, panel orientation, color process, coating, and finish callouts to the proof standard quoted for the order.
When required, we can provide a near-production sample, packing-line check, specified performance test, or order-specific documentation against the approved requirements.
A launch can combine several artwork versions of the same carton, paperboard or foam inserts, shelf-ready trays, labels, and corrugated shipping cases. We can supply those components under one Hercule Industrial order.
Repeat cartons can be glued, assembled where required, held in inventory, and released on schedule to one or several locations.
