Heavy-duty and oversized corrugated
We supply double-wall and triple-wall cases, pallet boxes, bulk bins, multi-piece packs, large folders, stitched containers, and fitted protection for heavy, large, or awkward products.
Large-format capability
One-piece corrugated boxes can reach 100 by 212 inches. Blanks up to 102 by 440 inches, four-piece joining, stitching, and 150-inch specialty gluing extend the range for larger cases.
Multi-piece containers
Joined panels, sleeves, bases, lids, and reinforced parts for packs that cannot be made from one ordinary blank.
Stitched and reinforced joints
Stitching, heavy-duty glue joints, tape, banding, and other closures specified around the packed load.
Pallet and skid packaging
Corrugated bases, sleeves, caps, pallet boxes, ramps, loading access, and fitted protection for palletized equipment and parts.
Industrial packaging with fitted protection
Interior restraint
Corrugated fittings, honeycomb, foam, edge protection, blocking, bracing, pads, and dividers keep the product from shifting or taking concentrated loads.
Loading and handling
Forklift access, cranes, side loading, top loading, pack-line labor, pallet handling, and unloading can be built into the structure.
Samples and testing
Full-size samples, compression testing, drop or vibration testing, and load reviews can be arranged when the risk or customer specification requires them.
Production and delivery
We supply lower-volume and repeat orders, hold agreed inventory, and release packaging to one or several locations on schedule.
